REVIRA is an AI Resume & ATS Optimizer. This page describes what the product stores. It is not legal advice and does not claim certifications we have not obtained.

If you create an account we store your email, optional name, plan, and usage counters for the free resume upload, AI Improve, and Job Match allowances. When you upload a resume we store the original filename, extracted text, structured edits, analyses, job descriptions you paste, and cover letters you generate. We do not need your file binary after text extraction for the MVP scoring flow.

AI requests send resume and job-description text to the configured model provider when you use AI Fix, semantic job match, or cover letters. Do not upload information you are not willing to process that way.

Product analytics use event names only. We do not put resume text, job-description bodies, or email addresses into those events.

You can delete an individual resume or your account from Account. Deletion removes associated analyses, versions, matches, letters, and usage rows we control. Third-party processors may retain logs according to their policies.

Contact the operator of your deployment for data requests. If you self-host, you are the operator.
